Terms of service

Introduction

Usage of services provided by PropertyRevive is governed by the subsequent Terms and Conditions. All users availing the service are required to peruse and agree to the ensuing terms:

Please take note that the Terms and Conditions may be altered at any time, either with or without prior notification to our clients. Thus, it is incumbent upon users of the service to remain updated regarding the evolving Terms and Conditions at PropertyRevive.

By utilizing the services at PropertyRevive, you are expressing your consent to abide by the ensuing terms of service.

General declaration

PropertyRevive.ae is a website owned by Refined Technical Services.

Order acceptance

  1. Your order will be processed only upon our notification of order acceptance through email, phone call, or any other electronic communication. Should you not receive order confirmation for any reason, kindly place your order anew.
  2. PropertyRevive adheres to a predefined timeframe for responding to service requests. Should any damage occur to the customer's property during this response timeframe, the company cannot be held accountable.

Payment and charges

  1. Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, or cash upon delivery.
  2. By providing your debit/credit card details for payment, you authorize either us or a third-party processor to use your information for transaction processing.
  3. In the event of inaccurate information, such as water tank size or room count, being provided, PropertyRevive retains the right to adjust the fee for the rendered services.
  4. An electronic invoice will be generated and sent to the provided email address.
  5. For project works quoted at AED 5,000 or less, the full fee is payable in advance before work commencement.
  6. For project works quoted at over AED 5,000 up to AED 20,000:
    1. a. 70% of the fee is due before work starts.
    2. b. 30% upon job completion.
  7. For extensive projects, payment terms will be outlined in a separate contractual agreement.

Order cancellation

  1. Order cancellation is possible up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Beyond this, cancellation requests will not be processed.
  2. Failure to make payment within the stipulated time will result in automatic appointment cancellation.
  3. If essential information for processing the requested service is not provided, the appointment may be cancelled.
  4. Should no one be present at the provided address for service execution and rescheduling attempts remain unanswered, the order will be cancelled.
  5. Order cancellation will occur if delivery of required equipment and supplies to the given address is unsuccessful. Cancellation requests can be submitted through email, or the provided contact number.

Order/service delivery

  1. Any applicable delivery charges will be presented during the order placement process.
  2. Delays in service delivery or supply distribution due to factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather) will be communicated to you.

Supplies

  1. PropertyRevive.ae and its affiliated partners exclusively provide the necessary supplies for the service.
  2. In case of unavailability of supplies, potential delays in service delivery will be communicated.
  3. For supplies/equipment not obtainable within the UAE, an additional charge will be imposed to ensure their availability.

Refund

  1. Full payment refund is feasible if an order is cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  2. Cash payments will be refunded to your wallet.
  3. Refund processing time for debit/credit card payments is approximately 30 business days; instant refund to your wallet for other payment methods.

Liability for losses

  1. Property owners or their representatives must be present during PropertyRevive access to the property. Work must be supervised by this representative.
  2. If any interference, misplacement, or theft of the property is suspected, an investigation will be conducted. The company isn't liable if the investigation finds no evidence implicating its representative. Property owners are advised to be present during service delivery to safeguard their assets.

Equipment/system malfunction

  1. Malfunctions not proven to be a result of our representative's work are not the company's responsibility.
  2. If our representative recommends equipment replacement and it's declined, subsequent damage won't be the company's responsibility. For AC, electrical, and plumbing systems in subpar condition due to lack of maintenance, initial corrective maintenance may be proposed before starting an Annual Maintenance Contract. These costs are separate from the annual contract fee.

Safety coverage

  1. Charges for scaffold or lifting equipment usage, beyond standard ladders, will be added unless included in the contract fee. The client must ensure clear access for such equipment. Safety concerns may prevent access to certain locations.

Maintenance contracts with PropertyRevive

  1. Contracts will be renewed after we get a renewal confirmation by email, or phone call one month prior to its expiration date, by one of our team members or customers themselves.
  2. Advance payments apply based on the chosen payment plan.
  3. Delayed settlement of invoice charges may lead to suspension/discontinuation of services.
  4. All client callouts within the contract period will be attended to.
  5. Executive contracts permit unlimited emergency callouts in one-year terms.
  6. Cancellation of long-term contracts requires 30-day notice.
  7. Upon cancellation, 80% of the remaining contract fees will be refunded if notice is given 30 days in advance.
  8. Post-contract expiration any damage or malfunction isn't the company's responsibility.
